It's late. I'm tired. And everything I have been storing up to say here has disapeared from my memory.

Your major premise begs the question.
But it's nice how your conclusion accidentally true.
All Australians are mortal
All Tasmanians are mortal
Therefore, all Tasmanians are Australian

From a web site - "The predicate of the conclusion refers to all members of that set. Yet the same term in the major premise refers only to some of the members of that set."
So your conclusion assumes that the set "smells bad" and the set "all cheese" are identical. But your premise only states that "all cheese" is a subset of "smells bad".
